Where is CULT51 made?

Every formula is developed and made in Britain, and is cruelty-free and PETA-approved. We never test on animals.

Is CULT51 suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are designed to be gentle and are free from retinol and harsh actives. If you have very reactive skin or a known allergy, we always recommend patch-testing a small amount first and checking the full ingredients list on the product page.

Can I use CULT51 during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Our core range is formulated without retinol. As everyone is different, we recommend speaking with your GP or midwife before starting any new skincare during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

How long will a product last?

Used as directed, most of our moisturisers last around 2–3 months. Check the "period after opening" symbol on the packaging for how long to use a product once opened.

When will my order arrive?

UK orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days. See our Delivery page for full details.

What if it's not right for me?

If a product arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right. You can also cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our Returns & Refunds page.
