These terms apply to every order placed through cult51.com. Please read them before you buy — by placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who we are

This website is operated by CULT51 London ("we", "us", "our"), a trading name of Elan Cosmetics Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17140249), registered office: 469 Kingsway, Manchester, M19 1NR. You can reach us any time at hello@cult51.com.

Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We'll send an acknowledgement email, but a contract is only formed once we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there is a genuine pricing error, or we are unable to obtain payment authorisation.

Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable, include VAT.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page.
• Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We never see or store your full card details.
• We take care to price correctly, but if we spot a genuine error we'll contact you before processing so you can confirm or cancel.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Full timings and costs are on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. How to return, and how refunds are handled, are set out on our Returns & Refunds page.

Our products

• Product images and colours are as accurate as we can make them, but are for illustration only.
• Our products are cosmetics for external use. Always read the label and ingredient list; we recommend a patch test, and the information we provide is not medical advice. If you have a skin condition or allergy, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a professional first.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If one occurs, we'll contact you and the time for performance will be extended.

Your privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy & Cookies policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published here at the time you place it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
